Job Context:
∎ The role is expected to plan, direct and coordinate Quality Assurance Programs, formulate quality control SOP, maintain quality assurance and control procedures and ensure that the products meet set thresholds of acceptability through the quality team with the objective of delivering products as per the specifications set by the buyer within the guidelines, code of conduct and limits of the organization policies.
∎ Specially outerwear for its factory located at Sataish, Tongi, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Quality Management System processes are "established, implemented and maintained",
∎ Report to "top management" on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed,
∎ Ensure that everyone in the organization is aware of customer requirements.
∎ Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality System.
∎ Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.
∎ Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
∎ Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015)
∎ Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
∎ Must have team building capability.
∎ Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to Quality matters.
∎ To complete all paperwork for the required inspections in the company's required documentation formats.
∎ Complete style wise file folder must be kept in the factory until final inspection and any future reference.
∎ To attend PP meetings for every style allocated
∎ To be able to communicate effectively with the other members of the QA team, Technical & QA Managers and ensure that all necessary information about styles are known.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical skills in woven and jersey wear garments - fabric knowledge, garment construction knowledge, and quality inspection skills.
∎ Ensuring that employees working in production are aware of quality requirements.
∎ Work with suppliers to help formulate quality standards for the goods according Supplier Evaluation Process.
∎ Analyses day to day performance & Discuss with seniors to take initiative for further improvement.
∎ • Good knowledge about the garment production process in factories from sampling until shipment
∎ Strong personal skills and ability to resolve conflict
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure.
