∎ QUALIFICATIONS
∎ A.     Educational Requirements
∎ Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials from a reputed university
∎ B.     Experience Requirements
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a university setting.
∎ C.     Other Requirements
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ REPORTING
∎ The incumbent will report to the Registrar
∎ MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Prepare and manage class routines in coordination with relevant departments.
∎ Handle credit transfer applications and ensure completion of the process in collaboration with academic departments.
∎ Take minutes for Academic Council and Syndicate meetings.
∎ Assist in preparing reports and follow-up actions based on meeting resolutions.
∎ Prepare the UGC Annual Report, ensuring all necessary data is collected and formatted correctly.
∎ Maintain correspondence with the University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education, and other external bodies.
∎ Oversee scholarship, tuition waivers, and financial aid programs.
∎ Conduct term-wise review of waivers and update the records accordingly.
∎ Process and update financial aid information in the integrated software.
∎ Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing letters, notices, and circulars.
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the Supervisor
