∎ At least 02 (two) to 05 (Five) years practical experiences in Bank/NBFI, and particularly in Home Loan/Auto Loan in Dhaka areas.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and Leadership skills.
∎ Able to excel in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for generating business of Home Loan/Auto Loan and achieve sales target in Dhaka area.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with the Car Vendors & developers to collect potential customer references.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers and Prepare accurate submission of credit memos/proposals.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others.
∎ Ensure compliance of regulator’s and organization's policies and guidelines.
