∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
commissioning Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, lift, Lift Maintenance, MONARCH CONTROLLER, Real Estate project Development, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lift maintenance and commissioning, monitoring, site visiting, related problem finding and solve any kinds of lift brand including reporting.
∎ Supervision and monitoring of maintenance related activities.
∎ Coordination with client and technical teams due to better service.
∎ To perform instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
∎ To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to ensure conformity and quality.
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Maintain the minimum stock level of spare parts quantity.
∎ Perform effective troubleshooting of various controller as well as Monarch.
∎ Good understanding of various mechanical and electrical components of lift.
∎ Good communication and coordination skills.
∎ Good report making ability and expertise in MS Office especially in Excel.
∎ Well knowledge i production guidelines and parameters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Salary Package
