Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect Designs/Drawings for construction projects from the Design section.
∎ Review the design & give feedback on the Design. Drawing & Specifications.
∎ Estimate the costs of Electrical items, labor, and equipment of a project using contract bids.
∎ Quotations, drawings, and Specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with site personnel to cross-check the BOQ/Estimation.
∎ Proper knowledge of the present market rate of all Electrical items as well as labor rate of all types of Electrical works.
∎ Sound knowledge of all type of Electrical works in Real Estate.
∎ Sound knowledge of ERP/online process.
