Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure timely completion of work by all CSOs.
∎ Track CSO activities, follow up on their tasks, and hold them accountable for daily and monthly deliverables.
∎ Take full responsibility for the overall sales target assigned to the team.
∎ Provide necessary direction, planning, and push to ensure all CSOs meet their assigned goals.
∎ Coordinate with CSOs to ensure planned workshops and events (AI & eduCARE-focused) are conducted.
∎ Monitor execution quality and report any gaps or outcomes to senior management.
∎ Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies and campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with sales leadership to align team execution with broader business objectives.
∎ Identify gaps in CSOs’ performance and arrange for immediate coaching or skill-building.
∎ Organize and lead regular training sessions to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
∎ Maintain detailed records of sales activities and team performance.
∎ Submit regular performance reports with analysis and feedback to the Sales Manager.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supervising the activities of Corporate Sales Officers (CSOs), ensuring the timely execution of their tasks, and achieving the team’s overall sales target. This role requires frequent travel to various districts and upazilas to monitor field execution, support CSOs during sales campaigns and workshops, and ensure that on-ground activities such as product demonstrations and partner visits are effectively carried out. The Assistant Sales Manager plays a critical role in aligning team performance with the company’s sales goals and operational plans.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and Monitor CSOs
∎ Ensure timely completion of work by all CSOs.

∎ Coordinate with CSOs to ensure planned workshops and events (AI & eduCARE-focused) are conducted.

∎ Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies and campaigns.
