Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/EEE /ETE from a reputed educational institution
∎ Professional certification on RedHat, Microsoft, Cloud service provider(s).
∎ Professional certification on CISCO, MikroTik Router.
∎ Working experience on different networking devices such as Router, Switches, Wi-Fi devices etc.
∎ Working experience on various networking monitoring tools Zenoss, Zabbix, Cacti etc.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: RHCE,CCNA,Linux
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervisory Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate team with the relevant departments to better address IT support tasks and updates to senior team members.
∎ Guide team to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
∎ Supervising and team management, work under pressure.
∎ Tasks assigning to IT executive and monitoring.
∎ KPI Base
∎ Ensuring network up time and traffic monitoring
∎ Creating and troubleshooting email related issues in timely manner
∎ Roster and leave management for IT team
∎ Ensure IT Inventory up to date and accurate in portal.
∎ R&D on new solutions/technology/processes.
∎ Duties/Responsibilities:
∎ Act as key contact point to manage evolving client expectations, needs, and priorities to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Rackspace Email service management
∎ Task management (assigning, tracking, checking back ticket)
∎ Network / server Management (Internet troubleshoot, ISP communicate, solving immediate problems) & Ensuring network up time
∎ Preparing and updating technical documentation.
∎ IT procurement management
∎ Proxy services management (Proxy service checkup, vendor communicate, coordinating with team if they face problem)
∎ LDAP user management (Monthly check and audit, update leaver’s list)
∎ Conducting IT orientation session with new joiners
∎ Team roaster management & leave management
∎ New server setup and configure for various services in Linux and Windows server.
∎ Monitoring email notification and server alerts and taken action.
∎ Required Skills/Abilities:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Working experience on Linux & Windows server administration.
∎ Knowledge on LDAP & Active directory server administration.
∎ Working Knowledge on AWS, Digital Ocean cloud platform.
∎ Working experience on PHP, MYSQL and MS SQL Database.
∎ Ability to maintain attendance database and reporting portal.
∎ Need to have strong interpersonal skills, good listener, especially when problems arise.
∎ Ability to manage multiple troubleshooting at same time and capability to work independently.
∎ Ability to propose viable solutions to problems, strong analytic skills and action Oriented.
∎ Desire to learn globalization by working closely with a delivery organization
∎ Experience on IT security compliance audits i.e; ISO 27001, SOC2, CMMI etc.
∎ Mastery of English language skill - both written and verbal.
