Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Technical support to field WASH team and coordination with other sectors, especially focus on water network and solar
∎ Ensure quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines and established deadlines
∎ Identifying and addressing staff capacity building opportunities
∎ Conducting needs technical survey of infrastructural projects, water facilities in household latrines or other activities)Monthly performance report collection about water & Sanitation options
∎ Follow up regular implementing project and ensure quality of work
∎ Ensure on-site technical support in field level
∎ Responsible for provide relevant and understandable technical information to proper authority
∎ Coordination with management and field operation team members to implement all kinds of technological options
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position will be responsible for facilitate the effective and efficient implementation of technological options of water and sanitation and increase the technical expertise of all staffs by giving information through proper management in accordance with the culture and practices of the local population.
