Educational Requirements:
∎ BS/BSc. in Psychology MS in Psychology/School Psychology/Industrial-Organizational Psychology /Developmental Psychology/Environmental Psychology or any other relevant field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting individual counseling session to the FDMN's.
∎ Conducting individual counseling session to the field staffs
∎ Training facilitation on 'Psychosocial support' for the barefoot counselor, para counselor etc.
∎ Module Development, Translation & Documentation
∎ Field Visit and monitor the Children Friendly Space (CFS)
∎ Continuous Professional Development.
∎ Meeting and Reporting.
∎ Providing Psychological First Aid (PFA) services in emergency situations
∎ Supporting the Field Research Assistants (FRA) for research purpose
∎ Preparation and compilation of daily/bi-weekly MIS data, weekly report to ACTED, bi-weekly 4W report of Inter Agency Standing Committee (IASC) etc.
∎ Reporting on Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS) and Weekly working
∎ Conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Interview Method and documentation etc.
∎ Taking the visitors and donors from national and international agencies to visit centers and programs of MHPSS (CFS, Adolescent Clubs, Health Centers, Static Clinics, Primary Health Centers and so on)
∎ Meeting with respective focal in camps and relevant premises
∎ Additionally taking responsibility of the 24/7 emergency helpline and monitoring
∎ Managerial activities
∎ Perform any kind of responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor regarding my responsibilities
∎ Support in arrangement of different seminar, workshop, training related to the services
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
