Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generated sales by making outbound and receiving inbound calls.
∎ Promote and sell ICT Bangla’s freelancing and skill development courses.
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
∎ Follow up with leads to close sales and meet monthly targets.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure target achievement.
∎ Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
∎ Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
∎ Handled customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs, Spreadsheet.
∎ Handling Inbound,outbound call.
