∎ Experience in pump/agricultural equipment/industrial product sales.
∎ Strong knowledge of the local market.
∎ Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain dealer/ customer relationships.
∎ Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

∎ Develop sales strategies and expand dealer networks.
∎ Provide technical guidance on pump products to clients and partners.
∎ Monitor team, market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives for the assigned territory as per the allocated budget, while actively identifying and onboarding new dealers to expand market presence.
∎ Regular Reporting: Provide timely updates to the supervisor regarding market activities, sales performance, feedback, challenges, and actionable suggestions to enhance territory results.
∎ Effective Use of Promotional Tools: Utilize marketing and promotional resources strategically, adhering to company guidelines and predefined objectives to maximize impact.
∎ Product Demonstrations & Detailing: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product demonstrations and ensure accurate, compelling product information is communicated to customers.
∎ Field Visits & Product Availability: Conduct routine visits to key markets and potential areas to monitor product availability, address gaps, and strengthen distribution networks.
∎ Digital Engagement: Actively participate in sales team apps/groups by sharing updates, insights, and maintaining a strong digital presence to enhance team collaboration and transparency.
