Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced & skill performer who will lead as AVP/DVP of HRD of the Company.
∎ The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies.
∎ The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain salary and benefits program.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Good Knowledge in HRM Software.
∎ A distinguished record of intellectual and administrative achievement. Commitment to the highest standards of communication skill.
∎ The ability to think strategically and drive institutional innovation.
∎ Outstanding listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to sustain a culture of mutual trust and respect among all constituencies
