Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to develop; Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing, Marketing, Public Relation, Sales
∎ Develop and manage demand strategies to drive qualified leads, improving both customer acquisition and retention.
∎ Grow the sales pipeline by creating and executing the mid-market demand gen strategy across the buyer’s journey with clear goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics.
∎ Design and implement a strategic sales plan for high growth
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts
∎ Identify new products and competition
∎ Prepare sales, revenue, and expenses reports
∎ Analyze sales activity and forecast
∎ Setting individual sales targets for the team
∎ Supervise the performance of the sales team
∎ Coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation
∎ Motivate the sales team, train them about the product and market
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
∎ Prepare budgets and approve expenditures
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales
∎ Determine discount rates and the special pricing plans
∎ Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing
∎ Team managing and monitoring
∎ Should achieve the sales target
∎ Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
