∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Present at office in just time.
∎ To motivate formation of different workers committee & monitoring all committee activities.
∎ To monitor all opportunity & facilities (e.g. canteen, rest room, childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water etc.) of workers.
∎ Aware of any leave and others rules & regulation to the worker.
∎ Training conduct to the new workers.
∎ Counselling to the worker and management to implement the laws & regulations in the factory.
∎ To communicate the facility medical officer for more medical facilities of workers.
∎ Report writing ability.
∎ To arrange all workers committee meting & prepare minutes of the meeting.
∎ To keep all maternity benefit related documents properly.
∎ Make a good relation between management and workers.
∎ Development of workers attitude.
∎ Health and safety proper management.
∎ Training conduct & counselling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in well known and renowned factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on BLA & BLR.
∎ Expert in MS office.
∎ Need experience about grievance handling and maternity issues handling.
∎ Preferable-PGDHRM / PGD in Compliance from BIM.
