Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare & check the QC file/original sample with all detailed artwork.
∎ Provide support to the merchandising supervisor for development and production.
∎ Check the development sample with requirements.
∎ Maintain order tracking and follow-up, PO sample tracking and daily reporting.
∎ Prepare parcel accurately for sending to customer.
∎ Correspond with the customers and buying offices.
∎ Check and follow up on relevant issues with QC, factory, suppliers etc. as instructed.
∎ Prepare updated WIP chart or online portal accurately.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor/management.
