Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and understand stakeholder requirements along with the scope of business to provide necessary legal advice, guidance on all regulatory matters in relation to the operation and business of the company including but not limited to towers, VAS, OTT, digital services, regulatory audit, regulatory payments etc
∎ Guide preparation of legal documents in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and negotiate with the business partners to make them agree to the position of the Company
∎ Advice, support, and recommend legal options/alternatives for the regulatory audit, conduct internal legal research on the audit scope in light of telecom laws, operator licenses, and other relevant laws and regulations of the land
∎ Coordinate with external counsels to obtain their prompt support, advice on data sharing obligations of the company and ensure the audit is completed in a fair way following local laws, regulations and international best practice
∎ Provide legal support and execute procurement contracts to procure services, goods, software, technical equipment, and also to onboard digital partners for digital platforms of the company
∎ Conduct thorough and meticulous research on any draft public policies, laws, regulations, circulars etc. issued by the government regulatory bodies affecting the business and operation of the company, advise on improvement areas, engage in the consultation process with the regulatory authorities, and conduct research on any given legal and regulatory matter

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years of relevant experience in the business support solutions & VAS domain, demand management & architecture planning
∎ Thorough understanding of GSM architecture and charging protocols
∎ Sound knowledge & understanding of IP networking and core switching
∎ Up-to-date Knowledge of latest interventions and technology evolution in the telecom & IT industry
∎ In-depth knowledge on telecommunications BSS (Business Service solutions) IT applications
∎ In-depth knowledge on telecommunications Enterprise IT applications & solutions
∎ Sound knowledge & understanding on IT infrastructure solutions
∎ In-depth knowledge on IT service delivery & service support processes
∎ In-depth knowledge on Value-added service
∎ In-depth knowledge of Online charging systems
∎ In-depth knowledge of Order Management, Order negotiation, Order Orchestration, subscription management
