Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile Engineering) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze production orders, sample, and prepare loading plan accordingly
∎ Effective production planning and monitoring of the production for on-time delivery
∎ Ensure timely production as per standard quality through proper supervision and monitoring
∎ Receive quality raw materials and execute proper utilization
∎ Confirm recipe for dyeing and printing during sample preparation and keep the records for bulk production
∎ Develop screen print, and block print design as per requirements and maintain the washing time and color combination/mixing records after washing
∎ Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process
∎ Monitor 'Daily Production Report' and communicate with the management
∎ Assist Center Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers
∎ Provide strong leadership to the staff at the section, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of experience in wet processing (Printing and Dyeing) at RMG sector
∎ Knowledge of wet processing, production planning and production process (color, dyes chemical, preparation of recipe, block and screen)
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments products,
∎ Experienced in Quality assurance (products and services)
∎ Analytical ability, report writing and problem-solving skills
