Education:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile) from any reputed university
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile) from any reputed university

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of work experience in Quality Control Department in RMG sector/ similar organization
∎ Knowledge of Quality assurance (fabrics washing system following standard and 4-point fabrics inspections system)
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding)
∎ Strong analytical and report writing skills
∎ Innovative thinking to enhance existing processes and procedures is highly valued

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the fabric inspection as per the work order
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problem
∎ Accountable for any complaint/claim that may arise from his/her relevant inspection
∎ Maintain and record inspection data in the ERP system accurately
∎ Developing good relation with related stake holders
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandising, Design, Textile and other related departments
