∎ Knowledge of Quality assurance (fabrics inspection system following standard)
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding) Analytical ability and report writing skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the fabric inspection as per the work order
∎ Familiar with 4-point and 100% fabric Inspection system
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problem
∎ Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system
∎ Accountable for any complaint/claim that may arise from his/her relevant inspection
∎ Input all data on ERP with maximum accuracy
∎ Developing good relation with related stake holders
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandising, Design, Textile and other related departments
∎ Maintain the organization objectives on the basis of PMS Safeguarding Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
