Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the installation, configuration and efficient operation of all types of PCs, laptops, printers, UPS systems, and other end-user devices, while proactively maintaining their high availability and performance.
∎ Install and maintain business applications, utilities, and executable setups (EXE).
∎ Support basic LAN/WAN and AD troubleshooting.
∎ Support users with application errors, updates, and access issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
∎ Educate users on system functionality and best practices.
∎ Provide (Onsite/Offsite) support during various events.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
