∎ In the Government and Public Sector practice, we also work closely with the multilateral agencies like Asian Development Bank, United Nations Agencies, and World Bank Group on their technical assistance programmes for the government agencies. Our teams have also worked on programmes supported by bilateral development cooperation agencies such as Japan (JICA, JBIC), Germany (GIZ, KfW), United Kingdom (FCDO), and Swiss Development among others.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the team in the execution of projects in suitable roles/ capacities by drafting reports, working on statistical models, engaging with clients and stakeholders etc.
∎ Support the team in varied business development activities by identifying prospective leads, developing bid documents, and working on risk compliance measures as per the firm’s risk management practices
∎ Acquire and apply technical expertise related to research, validation, and analysis of data and deliver quality client deliverables and bid documents
∎ Should be willing and flexible to undertake extensive travel in project locations
∎ Demonstrate integrity, and high ethical and moral standards
∎ Be Passionate about client service and possess the conviction for the work being delivered
∎ Be Curious: Learn, share, innovate, and collaborate
∎ Be open-minded, practical; agile with change
∎ Communicate with impact; empathy

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali languages – reading/ speaking/ writing; any additional language will be an asset
∎ Strong report writing and data analytic skills
∎ Published reports in national/ sub-national journals
∎ Internship experience with research, banking, insurance and other financial institutions
∎ Knowledge of advanced MS office tools (like Visio, Advanced Excel)
∎ Data management tools like SPSS or R
∎ Data visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerBI
