∎ Bio-Xin Cosmeceutials is looking for "Beauty with Brain" strong persona with clear understanding of business and operations, with an eagle eye confident to be a brand presenter.
∎ Work Station: Bio-Xin Skin Care Clinic, Rajshahi.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing customer complains;
∎ identify need gaps and taking initiatives to solve issues.
∎ Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
∎ Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
∎ Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
∎ Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
∎ Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
∎ Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
∎ Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
∎ Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
∎ Adhering to high ethical and professional standards complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Streetwise females are encouraged to apply
∎ Work experience in the following business area shall add advantage in applicant's profile, Cosmetics Industry, Aesthetic Clinic, Customer care.
∎ Target orientation & proactive approach is MUST.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
