Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferable Zoology/Botany/Chemistry/Bio Science graduates from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to motivate the client with professional attitude and be able to achieve the target.
∎ Principle Duties-Areas of Responsibilities:
∎ Actively ensure sales team targets are achieved within specified market.
∎ Ensure individual sales target is achieved.
∎ Ensure all work quoted are as per company policy and is operationally feasible. Consult with operations team as required.
∎ Ensure all presentation of quotation for services are properly formatted as per company standards/guidelines.
∎ Ensure that contract start up is completed to customer's satisfaction.
∎ Follow up all sales presentation.
∎ Continually updates information on local market trends and competition.
∎ Assists in dealing with payments problem as required.
∎ Meets with customers after sales to ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction with services provided.
∎ Inform the Head of Sales & Marketing Department of the potential problem.
∎ Creating Proposal, presentation.
∎ Preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly.
∎ Having capacities to plan, organize and execute all sorts of sales and marketing activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Pest Management Services will be preferable.
∎ Proficiency in word, Excel, Power point and Internet Browsing.
∎ Special Requirements/Skills:
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in both oral & written in English.
∎ Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Applicant must be capable to handle client in any situation.
Salary: Negotiable
