Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have clear understanding about fire safety rules and regulations of Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense Department, BNBC, NFPA and RSC Code.
∎ Supervise and monitor fire protection and detection system, and ensure progress as per design and drawing maintaining relevant code of NFPA, BNBC, RSC, and Fire Service & Civil Defense.
∎ Ability to monitor and manage fire safety equipment installation, checking and maintenance of same.
∎ Regularly ensure risk assessment of entire facility, and take all necessary steps for ensuring solution of all fire safety issues immediately as and when needed.
∎ Conduct fire training by co-operating and coordinating with Fire Service & Civil Defense for maintaining and sustaining required percentage of training for all relevant employees of factories for aligning with required standard.
∎ Ensure regular in-house fire safety training of fire safety team, firefighters, rescuers, new employees, and security personnel as per law, rules and regulation and requirements of management.
∎ Ensure regular monitoring, and cross-check of all fire safety equipment following relevant check list on daily, weekly and monthly basis, and ensure all fire safety equipment are in active mode at all time.
∎ Conduct regular fire safety evacuation drill for all existing facility inside the factory.
∎ Ensure all necessary and required fire safety documents and references are ready at all time for buyers and auditors complying and coordinating with compliance department as and when needed.
∎ Ensure and conduct internal fire safety audit every month and sustain same.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Knowledge: AutoCAD, all types fire Hazzard and required safety measures, fire protection, detection, and suppuration system, along with relevant fire safety audit.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Strong Leadership Skill.
∎ Advance knowledge on Microsoft Office Program.
