Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act to achieve yearly target under the guidance of the management.
∎ Prepare yearly service delivery plan including service strategies, policies, procedures, and practices for all service delivery channels in order assure effective after sales service to end of tractor users.
∎ Reporting to the immediate supervisor of the latest information of service section.
∎ To design a better Service Plan for minimize cost & maximize facilities with customer satisfaction for respective Region.
∎ Conducting regular service camp, & organize FDFC and report to immediate supervisor within due date.
∎ Making tour plan to customer visit as well as mechanic activity inspection, trouble shoot of tractor and providing solution related activity.
∎ Develop plan to maximize personnel productivity and making quarterly basis performance appraisal individually.
∎ Providing customer service according to Companies commitment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong command over regular office software especially in MS-Word, Power Point, MS-Excel & Internet Browsing.
Salary: Negotiable
