Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the coordination and direction of the implementation, monitoring of the quality system in Production.
∎ Selection and training of new technical staff.
∎ Make manpower shift schedule.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the production process.
∎ Helping the organization for cost effective production to be competitive in the market.
∎ Analyze & Evaluate of Machine Breakdown, product quality, find out & solve the root cause.
∎ Investigate the customer complains & take corrective action.
∎ Give requisition material from store and observe filling the silo for BOPP line.
∎ Make indent of machine spare parts as per requirements.
∎ Reporting to Manager for past 24 hours working.
∎ Preparing of raw materials issuances.
∎ Preparing of all documents related with BOPP Dept.
∎ Keeping record of all day-to-day activities related to the Dept.
∎ Perform any task delegated by top management.
