Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering from any reputed/ accredited college or university.

Job Context:
∎ B. J. Geo-Textile Ltd. (A leading manufacturer of Geo- Textile and Geo- Technical product) is looking for "Asst. General Manager, Project Control". We will preferably consider applicant with at least 07 years of experience and candidate has to have experience working in projects like bank protection, river training, Roads, bridge or Railway.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, with frequent visit to project sites

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the supplier, purchaser, and the project team established in the various districts in Bangladesh
∎ Arrange required man and material to meet project objective as and when needed and manage outsourced labour force.
∎ Establish and maintain schedule for the project and monitors its progress. Routinely analyse, evaluate and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule.
∎ Monitor and keep track of local warehouse, stock , material quality established in the project site
∎ Consolidate project issues and communicate time to time with top management, as well to the client as and when needed
∎ Monitors and keep track of official heavy equipment and mobilization such as Barge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Financial and business management skill i.e. project cost estimation, project team management
∎ Candidate needs to be self-starter who can guide the project team and can do and review geo-technical design. Will require visit to sites, accompany regulatory audit team and tasks force
∎ Candidate needs to have good communication skill in English and Bangla to work with both foreign and local consultants. Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable, Salary will be decided based on experience.
