∎ Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
∎ Strong knowledge of advance excel & PowerPoint.

∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily cash operations, including cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
∎ Manage bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
∎ Implement and manage job costing systems to accurately track and report project costs.
∎ Analyze cost data and prepare detailed reports to support project budgeting and financial decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
∎ Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
∎ Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
∎ Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, procurement, and asset tracking.
∎ Implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
∎ Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
∎ Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage company tax and VAT processes, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
∎ Prepare and submit tax returns and VAT reports accurately and on time.
∎ Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance.
∎ Cash & Bank Management:
∎ Oversee daily cash operations, including cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
