Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Project Management Or M.Sc/ B.Sc in Engineering or Graduate/ Master's Degree in Business Studies (preferable in Marketing) from DU, NSU, BRAC, EWU, AIUB and IUB only can apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business plan & supervise plan implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate and Building Construction Products.
∎ Visits prospective customers on a regular basis for business development.
∎ Monitor and record keeping day to day office operation
∎ Candidates who have experience in working in developer or constructional farm will get preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Construction Project Management will get preference
∎ Should be able to correspondence/ work with minimum supervision.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
∎ Smart, dynamic, sound health and willing to take up a challenging career.
∎ Excellent inter personnel skill - ability to communicate with people and develop good relationship with them.
∎ Good understanding of English.
∎ Ability to manage people and work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent skill in computer (MS Excel, MS Word and Power point)
∎ Must have good knowledge in mail communication
∎ Should have experience to prepare quotation and bill
