Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
∎ Training/Trade Course: Working Related Training
∎ Skills Required: 8 to 10 years in the relevant position, Ability to Communacate Effectively, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Chemical Management, Chemical store, Credit Risk Analysis
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible of inventory control & material administration.
∎ Maintain the emergency chemicals response plan.
∎ To check the purity of all the chemicals and dyestuff.
∎ Able to work in testing house for all kinds of physical test such as shrinkage. GSM. width, twisting, bursting.
∎ Able to work functional test such as water absorbency pzh
∎ Able to perform all kinds of color fastness to water, wash, rubbing, perspiration, light, pilling, bleeding, saliva, chlorinated water, sublimation.
∎ Able to perform all kinds of chemicals test (Basic or auxiliaries) .
∎ Able to perform SOP for all kinds of fabric test as per ISO method, JIS method.
∎ Make sure & prepare the docs. for the chemicals drilling & conducted to the working places and Compliance Docs.
∎ Maintain & prepare all the chemicals training related doc's and trained properly to the workers.
∎ Maintain Chemical inventory report as per Buyers requirement
∎ Collect MSDS from suppliers on time as required
∎ Ensure material distribution as per consumption
∎ Maintain accurate stoke according to FIFO
∎ Coordinate with Dyeing, Procurement, MIS & other needed department.
∎ Monitor and maintain all required records register & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory BIN cards.
∎ Daily and monthly stock verification.
∎ Generate daily/monthly/quarterly Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report to the concerned authority.Evaluate the availability of space and prepare staking/storage plans prior to product arrivals
∎ Work as a team with an attitude to support colleagues to achieve the team objectives.
∎ Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation
∎ Monitoring chemical as per register.
∎ Any others task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on store management, especially in chemical store
∎ Good knowledge on computer
∎ Good knowledge on ERP
∎ Knowledge on inventory management system.
