Job Context:
∎ The Management of a reputed Group of Companies owning 100% export oriented woven & knit RMG units is looking for Qualified & Dynamic Asst. Manager (Commercial) for immediate appointment at is newly setup unit at Dhaka EPZ.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka EPZ, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to work independently while reporting to seniors at the HEAD OFFICE.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities related to BEPZA, CUSTOMS, BIDA, EPB, TIN, VAT, FIRE DEPARTMENT, Etc.
∎ Must be well conversant in scrutinizing the Export/Import L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Must have trouble shooting expertise relating to Import/Export.
∎ Must have experience in preparing Import L/C opening documents (sight/EDF/usance) as per terms of Proforma Invoice of Supplier.
∎ Responsible for EP and IP submission and approval for BEPZA.
∎ Responsible for consumption Certificates.
∎ Must have experience in preparing Export documents as per L/C terms, submit to Bank and negotiate/Purchase them and follow-up till the repatriation of the document value.
∎ Must be able to place bookings and take approval from reputed forwarder/shipping line online book systems.
∎ Maintain bond register, consumption statements, Ex-bond and In-bond.
∎ Responsible for EXP and entry into Bangladesh Bank Dashboard.
∎ Will experienced in ASYCUDA System and BEPZA ERP System.
∎ Must have experience in maintaining pass book, Annual customs audit and related works in bond commissionerate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 10-12 years working experience in commercial department with a Minimum of 4 years working experience in a leading position at an EPZ factory.
∎ Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest and dedicated and self motivated.
∎ Have excellent skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Familiar with commercial correspondence related to Bank/customs/shipping line/freight forwarder/ BGMEA/ EPB.
∎ Must have good skill in computer literacy.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.
