Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate (Commerce background preferred) from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Import, Import Commercial, Import through LC and TT.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and monitoring onto import consignment (SEA) & arrange to collect Bank endorsed document based on VSL ETA schedule at port.
∎ Liaison with LC opening concerned at PI stage that the commodity specification & HS Code # is suitable according to the entitlement of bond license to clear import consignment smoothly.
∎ Arrangement of S/G with banks for air imports/EPZ consignment to release this type of consignment in timely manner.
∎ Daily basis follow-up on all import consignments for all customs stations & fulfill the documentary requirement of C&F agent. Also sharing the adequate documentary info to plant concerned about Imp delivery info.
∎ Import statement/ERP maintaining properly for management reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have minimum 5 years of working experience at import sector in any large Garments manufacturing Unit.
∎ Need strong interpersonal. communication & organizational skill to perform multitasks at a time.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge about commercial functions.
∎ Need to work under stress & in complex situation
