Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com in Accounting & CMA part qualified.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting production & cost element data from manufacturing unit to determine unit costs of all finished product.
∎ Collect and analysis the material consumption and labor related data and prepare variance statement in line with the Budget.
∎ Allocate overhead cost to all the product with a suitable costing method.
∎ Making estimates of new and proposed product costs and set product price.
∎ Maintain liaison with factory & supply chain department for gathering relevant information and maintain close relation with the operational people.
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports on variance comparing standard costs with actual costs& profitability analysis of each product.
∎ Responsible for providing recommendations on suitable areas of cost control in the production process through process improvement.
∎ Perform month end close activities related to Cost Accounting.
∎ Preparation of Management Report, Inventory valuation and reconciliation.
∎ Wastage & Process Loss Calculation.
∎ Maintain cost accounting database for product group/production sub unit of factory.
∎ Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge in working with MS Word, Excel, Power Point & E mail etc.
∎ Knowledge about Tax/VAT / Company Act, etc.
∎ Knowledge in Tally ERP Software is also required.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Willing to work in Factory when require.
∎ Experience in Agro Industry (Poultry& Hatchery, Feed, Food Processing) will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
