∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ • 15+ years in HV cable manufacturing (up to 33kV)
∎ • Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills
∎ • Knowledge of ISO standards and electrical safety practices
∎ • Proven working experience on HV cable manufacturing.
∎ • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Manage all stages of HV cable production as per IEC/BS standards
∎ • Ensure process control, quality assurance, and timely order fulfillment
∎ • Lead root cause analysis for process issues and customer complaints
∎ • Coordinate with QA, Planning, and Sales teams for smooth operations
∎ • Implement productivity improvements, lean practices, and 5S
∎ • Lead, train, and develop production team; ensure safety and compliance
∎ • Drive product development and cost optimization initiatives
