Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
∎ Analyze financial performance and variances, providing insights for decision-making.
∎ Support in long-term financial planning to align with the organization's goals.
∎ Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper reconciliation.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.Co-ordinate daily fund collection schedule and related communication.
∎ Recheck daily cash collection report and payment status provided by the treasurer.
∎ Prepare RTGS/BEFTN form for various payment.
∎ To check and prepare various foreign purchase vouchers by Tally/ERP system.
∎ Prepare and coordinate various MIS for the supervisor, management and external.
∎ Keep record of MD's personal transaction and documentation.
∎ Keep documents in proper file with necessary tagging, in a disciplined manner and keep them securely.
∎ Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding or other requirements.
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Banking and related correspondence.
∎ Reconcile accounts receivable and payable with ledger balance of customers and vendors.
∎ Prepare monthly quarterly and annual Financial Statements.
∎ Any other task given by the supervisor.
