∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Compliance: General HR, Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing Admin & Compliance related existing practice or control systems, policies and procedures or SOPs; identify developing areas, improve, implement, monitor and controls etc.
∎ Responsible for preparation and renewal of various licenses, certifications etc such as: Trade License, TIN, BIN, IRC, ERC, Fire License, Factory License, Boiler License, Department of Environment license, QMS (ISO:9001), EMS (ISO:14001), OHSMS (ISO:45001), FSC as and when required.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the local bodies, govt. office &agencies i.e. Labor Office, Labor Court, Police station, Local Hospital, Fire station, A/C Land office, DC office, Department of environment office as per required.
∎ Prepare & update all compliance related documents, registers, reports etc. as per the requirements of various regulatory authorities.
∎ Conduct periodic internal reviews or company audits on Labor Law, Factory Rules like Kolkarkhana, Fire, Environment, BIDA, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 etc to find out the non-compliance issues, implement company policies and design control systems and ensure that the company is compliant with laws, rules and regulations. In addition, direct internal investigations, assess products and develop risk management strategies to ensure compliance.
∎ Monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & root cause analysis etc.
∎ Arrange training such as Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS and Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
