∎ Age 30 to 38 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Forecasting, planning, organizing, managing and leading a sales team.
∎ Setting sales goal and ensuing appropriate achievement against sales target.
∎ Distributing sales target among all members of the sales team and rendering all necessary cooperation, support & guidance to them so that they can meet their individual goals.
∎ Meeting important clients and scouting for potential prospects for sales on a regular basis.
∎ Developing / creating new clients / accounts for corporate sales.
∎ Preparing daily sales report and submit the same to superior management on a regular basis.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination with all relevant departments as well as principal.
∎ Evaluating the overall performance of all team members and conduct training for their development, if required.
∎ Finding / detecting new projects, product designs, technical experts and relevant professionals to help develop marketing plans that may be beneficial for both client and company.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
