∎ Knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per BSCI, ACCORD & Alliance.
∎ To be active to make solution of CAP found by compliance audit team.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Knit Garments.
∎ Application should be strong knowledge on firefighting & workplace Safety.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Asst. Manager - Fire and Safety Officer will oversee fire prevention, safety compliance, and emergency response operations in the RMG factory. Responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections, training staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining all fire safety equipment to create a safe and compliant working environment.
∎ To lead the fire safety team.
∎ To make factory ready to face audit (Alliance, Accord, Nirapon, RSC, BSCI Buyer etc.)
∎ To prepare necessary requisition & estimation of fireworks.
∎ Supervise follow-up remediation works of Fire & Safety.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
∎ Conduct regular fire risk assessments and recommend improvements to mitigate potential hazards.
∎ Plan and supervise fire drills, evacuation training, and emergency response programs for employees and keep record for audit purpose.
∎ Inspect fire safety systems, including alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, and sprinkler systems, ensuring proper functionality.
∎ Supervise installation, testing & commissioning work for CFDS & CFPS.
∎ Collaborate with factory management to address safety concerns and integrate fire safety measures into production activities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance reports for audits and reviews.
∎ Liaise with local fire authorities and agencies for inspections, certifications, and guidance on regulatory compliance.
∎ Provide training and guidance to employees on fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
∎ To make all factories complaint of fire safety as per standard.
