Job Responsibilities:
∎ Received & issue records of all Materials inventory, taking, Quality Checking of materials as per the procedure.
∎ Maintain all store-related data by software ERP.
∎ Save receiving, storage, retrieval and timely Dispatch.
∎ Receiving & checking all types of materials as per purchase order.
∎ All types of material received as per material purchase requisition /work order/purchase order.
∎ Entry to the ERP software/Maintain soft copy as well as a hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition.
∎ Prepare stock inventory, Product in and out the report, analysis of Product life.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according to FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Prepare various report as required.
∎ Performs other duties as required
