∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management from a reputed university.
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.

∎ Applicant must be able to pick up the use of HR management software promptly.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up and manage the HR, Admin and Compliance work effectively.
∎ Organize and coordinate external and internal audits including BSCI, HIGG, RCS, OCS and other buyer-specific audits audits ie. H&M, M&S, ZARA, NEXT, LC Waikiki, KIABI, Walmart etc.
∎ Conduct recruitment, interviews and selection process.
∎ Monitor employee attendance, discipline and behavior
∎ Handle employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely manner
∎ Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 & amended 2015)
∎ Maintain employee performance evaluation records and HR database
∎ Organize worker welfare and motivational programs
∎ Prepare and process monthly salaries, overtime, leaves, and other benefits
∎ Generate accurate payroll sheets based on attendance records
∎ Prepare salary reports and submit them to management
∎ Coordinate with bank and accounts department for timely salary disbursement
∎ Manage deductions for income tax, provident fund, loans, etc.
∎ Prepare full and final settlements with all necessary documentation
∎ Liaise with external bodies, including government officials, third-party auditors, and buyers’ representatives.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
