∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving & multi -tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Knitting target production as per plan· Ensure on time delivery according to production start and end reliability.
∎ Monitor all materials readiness before start production.
∎ Root cause analysis for failure in knitting.
∎ Ensure on time order closing according to the plan.
∎ Check and verify Yarn availability with SCM.
∎ Monitor production related errors like design changing duration, wrong yarn receiving, unplanned program change, yarn delivery delay etc.
