Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome customers pleasantly and serve them appropriately.
∎ Plan and manage customer relationship activities and ensure their satisfaction at an optimum level
∎ Build and maintain a profitable and sustainable relationships with key clients.
∎ Keep clients updated on the latest projects in order to increase sales
∎ Record customer details as per management guideline.
∎ Schedule appointments to meet prospective clients.
∎ Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction with on time and quality service in a dedicated manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent communication skill in Bengali & English is must. (Reading, writing & speaking).
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Customer focus & Good listening skill.
∎ Excellent in Emailing & Have good knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
