HR Operations, HR Policy, HRD, HRIS, HRIS/ HR Database Management, HRM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings advertising and coordinate the hiring process.
∎ Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
∎ Oversee the performance review process, provide feedback and coaching to employees and support managers with performance management issues.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and identify opportunities for professional growth.
∎ Manage employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and oversee payroll processing.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as per Bangladesh labor law 2006 and company's requirement.
∎ Managing, preparing and developing HR related Documents.
∎ Maintain HRIS.
∎ Follow up, maintain & update Attendance, Employee profile & other activities.
∎ Responsible to manage the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations, including those related to wages, hours and benefits.
∎ Plays an important role in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts in a prompt and effective manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
∎ Experienced in managing a large team is essential.
