∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Professional certificate course in graphic design and photography

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum CGPA 3.00 in all exams
∎ Local market knowledge preferred
∎ Ability to manage the brand standards
∎ Handling print and electronic media
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
∎ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Strong negotiation skills
∎ Ability to travel anywhere
∎ Sound previous experience is preferable
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and guest focused team player
∎ Well-groomed and healthy
∎ Excellent service minded and strong team player
∎ Ability to adapt, grow and learn in a changing and progressive environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversees the development and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
∎ Implements strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition in domestic leisure and corporate markets.
∎ Develops and execute marketing plans to drive business from domestic leisure and corporate segments.
∎ Creates hotel brochures, promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
∎ Manages online marketing activities, ensuring the hotel’s presence on accommodation websites is competitive in availability and pricing.
∎ Prepares and distributes press releases in both Bengali and English across print and electronic media.
∎ Identifies and pursue marketing opportunities with travel websites and third-party platforms.
∎ Organizes and host promotional campaigns and conduct live social media events to boost hotel exposure.
∎ Provides competitive pricing insights to revenue management as required.
∎ Maintains and leverage the past guest database for targeted email and mailing campaigns.
∎ Develop and maintain an annual event calendar and submit weekly performance reports to management.
∎ Conducts site inspections and client entertainment as needed.
∎ Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to the annual Sales & Marketing business plan and related reports.
∎ Represent the hotel at industry events and ensure alignment with brand sales and marketing programs.
∎ Support marketing efforts for Room Sales, Catering, Food & Beverage Outlets, Health Club, and Spa.
∎ Promotes the hotel’s Responsible Business and sustainability initiatives.
∎ Enhances the employer brand to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition in the talent market.
∎ Manages the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
∎ Drives digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
∎ Plans and executes marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
∎ Submits All marketing strategies and action plans as well as activities reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing regularly.
∎ Collaborates with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials that align with overall marketing strategies.
∎ Manages relationships with media outlets, key industry influencers, and strategic partners, particularly banks and non-banking financial institutions.
∎ Monitors digital marketing activities, ensuring regular follow-up and timely reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and hotel leadership.
∎ Context: The incumbent is responsible for developing hotel marketing opportunities, managing leisure, and corporate market campaigns. To assist in achieving budget room night goals within the leisure and corporate/leisure related markets for the hotel through the strategic implementation of effective marketing activities
