Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any discipline BSS, BSc, BA, BBA, MBA, Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote the sales of the company.
∎ Discuss with the Apartment Buyer and Land Owner.
∎ Maintain the data base of Apartment Buyer.
∎ Inform and follow up the Apartment Buyer about the company apartments.
∎ Find out suitable land for joint venture development.
∎ Negotiate with the land owners and process the Project for construction.
∎ Coordinate with the other office staffs and work together.
∎ Take different types of initiatives for advertising the apartments.
∎ Give proper services to the Apartment buyers and Land owners.
∎ Build up strong Marketing and Sales Department of the company.
∎ Do other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction of the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years job experience in the Developer / Real Estate field.
∎ Candidate must be Honest, Smart, Good looking, Dynamic, Energetic and Hard working.
∎ Candidate must be able to speak nicely in all situations.
∎ Must be able to write letter and notice in Bengali and English.
∎ Must have good command in using internet and online related marketing software.
∎ Well known about the construction rules and other relevant information of the Government.
Salary: Negotiable
