Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct sales / Marketing
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relation.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Work in a team and individually effectively in complex situations.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
∎ Should be capable of managing a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Land Sales.
∎ Must have strong client base.
