Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should be responsible to purchase the goods at a competitive price after verifying the local sources/ market.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.
∎ Responsible to ensure timely delivery of the goods to the factory and follow-up with the store of all units for timely receiving of the goods.
∎ Ensure price negotiation, price finalization upon receiving approval from the authority, issuance of purchase order/ tracking order and ensure deliver the goods/ requisite goods as per the lead time/ schedule.
∎ Evaluate supplier's quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications.
∎ Receive invoices from suppliers and get approval from the Management after checking it properly.
∎ Provide necessary invoices to accounts department along with delivery approved requisition and other relevant documents for payments.
∎ Monitoring all purchasing activities and stock of goods through proper paperwork and following the company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable from accounts/ commerce background.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with vendors.
∎ Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
∎ Has to be a resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent individual.
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Should have computer literacy, writing, reporting and documentation preparation skills.
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications, especially Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
