Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of Finished Products for on-time shipment.
∎ Ensure maintenance of standard operating procedure.
∎ Establish adequate and effective procedures for monitoring product quality.
∎ Ensure maintenance of quality inspection-related documentation and necessary reports for audit & buyers.
∎ Consult with the concerned department for any deviation regarding quality and take a corrective action plan.
∎ Ensure data collection from measurement processes and analysis for improvement.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all kinds of required report, register & documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Must have 6+ years of experience in quality assurance in the garments accessories industry (Belt, Twill Tape & Elastic Factory).
∎ Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
