Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, graphic design or related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Branding:
∎ Support the development and successful implementation of the organization's brand vision and product segment strategies and initiatives.
∎ Help develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan, including integrated marketing communications, consumer and in-store promotional programs.
∎ Identify key business drivers and opportunities, analyzing and reporting on category/competitive trends and brand performance using internal data, 3rd party research and generate key business insights and recommend actions.
∎ Work with Business Development/Sales teams to provide marketing plan updates, business insights and other support as needed.
∎ Partner with agencies and internal teams to help develop highly creative and cost-efficient campaigns.
∎ Assist with initiatives including but not limited to development of creative assets, content, market research, website maintenance and optimization, etc.
∎ Demonstrate the ability to manage projects on time and on budget and demonstrate decision-making abilities around investment alternatives that mitigate risk and maximize return
∎ Marketing:
∎ Coordinate all marketing collateral creation.
∎ Coordination, planning and administration of events such as fair/industry exhibitions.
∎ Assistance in organizing, refreshing and maintaining brand identity and development.
∎ Social Media & Website:
∎ Design, Launch and manage social media campaigns on website and sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
∎ Design content for use across multiple mediums.
∎ Works across departments to ensure approved proper messaging is being executed online that will help reach the company objectives.
∎ Support and protect brand by making sure that positive messaging is maintained in community and establish consistency of messages.
∎ Manage online discussions by listening to what the users are saying, reading discussion forums, and responding in a timely manner to the users' needs.
∎ Regularly monitor and track discussion topics for the management team.
∎ Prepare reports to update internal staff on usage statistics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Creative writing experience is highly desirable
∎ Agency experience preferred.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and exceptional follow-up skills.
∎ Strong written, verbal and employee communication skills are required
∎ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, Microsoft Office, Mac and Windows OS
∎ SEO, SEM and online advertising experience is a plus
