Job Context:

∎ Purpose statement: Assistant Outlet manager is responsible for the efficient management and productivity of the Lavender stores as per company`s process and policy. The person is also accountable for overall daily operations of store management as well as motivating and maintaining of staff relations to ensure customer satisfactions.
∎ Relationship:

∎ Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing & Other Support Team
∎ External
∎ Suppliers / Vendors / Customers
∎ Key Success Factors:
∎ Achieving the ABP targets in Sales, GP, OPEX, CSI and other stated areas
∎ Ensure continuous employee development
∎ Implementation company`s process and policies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational/ Functional/ Business -
∎ Implement and monitor Business Plan for continuous development of sales, profitability, cost management and team development.
∎ To evaluate category and item wise sales performance and make alternative strategy as required to achieve goal.
∎ Assist supervisor in the development of strategic plan through sharing various types of required business analysis and relevant information.
∎ Ensure proper inventory management through Purchase Requisitions (PR), Goods Received (GR), Internal Stock Transfer, Stock Returns, Fast/Slow/Non-moving items analysis, Wastage etc. as per company's process.
∎ Manage and monitor POS System & Loyalty activities as and when necessary.
∎ Monitor traffic flow to maximize sales through ensuring to comply product quality, price, hygienic, safety, appearance, image for customer.
∎ Ensure standard display/merchandising for product traceability & visibility as per planogram and layout.
∎ Ensure right use of promotion price, display, communication, and service to customer.
∎ Monitor competitor's availability, price, promotion through market info.

∎ Management -
∎ Manage financial transaction in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer satisfaction as top priority.
∎ Supervise selling and customer service activities and employees productivity in these areas, so as to maximize sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage SMART cost management to ensure sustainable business unit.
∎ Be a responsible for the management & safety of all equipment, tangible and intangible property & IT Infrastructure of outlet premises.
∎ Leadership:
∎ Manage and motivate staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws.
∎ Continually seek opportunities to be innovative and increase efficiency within work stream.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years working experience in retail industry is required
∎ Functional Success Criteria
∎ Working experience in different retail supermarket
∎ Other Knowledge Skills and Experience
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working
